Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This event is for ages 21+
Will I have an assigned seat?
General Admission seating for all events is on a first come/first served basis and cannot be guaranteed. If you have a VIP ticket or Balcony ticket (Spectaculaire only), you will be guaranteed a seat. At Spectaculaire, all VIP guests will be assigned to a table for four. Depending on the number of tickets purchased on your order, you may be sharing a table with other guests. Table assignments are done in advance, so if you have any seating needs, please email VanEllaTickets@gmail.com prior to May 8th. We cannot guarantee every request, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
What if my friends and I buy our tickets separately? Who do I contact with a seating request?
Please email VanEllaTickets@gmail.com with any seating requests at least 10 days prior to the event. We will do our best to accomodate any seating needs.
What are your COVID policies?
Safety of our performers, crew, and guests is very important to us. For that reason, we will be following local and CDC guidelines and will update ticket holders on any policy changes as the event draws near. Patrons should take whatever steps they feel necessary to protect their health regarding masking or testing. We do request that guests who feel ill and/or have tested positive for COVID-19 refrain from attending the event.
Accessibility information:
Thursday and Friday events at The Golden Record - The first floor is fully ADA compliant. The Van Ella Bordella "Gentleman's Club" is located on the second floor, which is accessed via two flights of stairs. The venue does have an elevator, but venue staff is needed to operate it, so please let us know if you will need assistance accessing the second floor.
Saturday at The Casa Loma Ballroom - Attendees must go up two flights of stairs to access the main floor of the event, and an additional flight of stairs for the bathrooms, balcony seating, vendor area, and Le Tent.

What's the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee prior to the event. Please email VanEllaTickets@gmail.com if you need to transfer a ticket.
